Happy National Blogger's Day!

So this morning I heard from the radio on my way to the hospital that today is The National Blogger's Day! Yeay!

Now let me tell you why I started a blog.

I guess everyone have had their moments in their career when they have to do what they don't want to do to level up or get promotions. I notice since long time ago in med school that my job requires endless episodes of writing (and reading as well). Problem is, I don't like writing. In fact, I hate it.

After moments of hiding myself from the task to write (any kind of writings), I'm out of reasons to avoid it. The only way to save myself is to write.

So I started a blog, where I can train myself to transform my thoughts into words, the kind of easy-to-understand yet artistically-composed words. It was HARD and still is HARD to do. But I know I'm moving in the right direction. Days needed to write a post have turned into hours and minutes, progressively. My writings are still messed-up, but at least I know I'm doing something to fix my lacks.

Now, instead of making excuses, I spend more time to think of what to write next, and it's not a waste of time at all.

So, I suggest you (whoever you might be) to start writing. No need to publish it in a blog or something. Personal or common, heroic or romantic, happy or sad, scientific or not, you name it. You'll never know, maybe your writings will be the only legacy for your great great great grandchildren.

Think. Dream. Write. Inspire. Move.

Happy writing!
